On this excursion, you will depart Kampala in the early morning to Jinja passing through the vast sugar plantains thereafter, crossing the famous Owen falls dam proceeding to the Source of the Nile starting its 4000-mile journey to the Mediterranean. After, we then continue to visit Bujagali falls and its amazing white water and rapids where rafting starts then proceed to your Lunch time boat cruise. This boat cruise takes approximately one and a half hours whilst you enjoy your meals on the Nile River with beautiful sight seeing opportunities. In the afternoon, you will either visit Jinja town and shop for crafts and souvenirs whilst relaxing or return to Kampala
On this excursion, you will depart Kampala for Jinja in the afternoon after having lunch, head for Jinja passing through the vast sugar plantains whilst sightseeing on the way. You shall view the roadside markets passing through Mabira forest one of Uganda’s most diverse forests in terms of plant and animal species before heading for Jinja town. Time permitting, you will visit Bujagali falls where white water rafting starts, and be fascinated by the locals who have mastered their act in these deep rocky waters, after which you shall relax and prepare to be in time for a sunset boat cruise that includes food and unlimited drinks for two hours and later return to Kampala arriving late in the evening or you may have an overnight (at a supplemented cost) in Jinja town.
Depart from Entebbe mainland late in the afternoon and cruise to the Equator in Lake Victoria, or a local papyrus swamp area known to be inhabited by the shoe bill stork and Sitatunga (rare water antelope). This cruise is also idea for bird watching. Sundowners and snacks are served while enjoying and relaxing in the sunset before returning to mainland when dark.
